I think the reason why I really like this show is because it's a bit rare to find a TV series these days that sees and treats the viewer as someone intelligent. It is a fast-paced show, filled with information and clever and witty dialogues. In fact, the show comes at you with all these specific little details that it's so easy to miss them. But that's what makes it such a great show to watch over and over again! You notice and realize things that you didn't pick up the first time around.
Sherlock just finished its 3rd season so you have enough time to catch up before the 4th one comes along in...two years.:(((( Every season only has 3 episodes so there are 9 episodes in all.
